Job Description:
The Fargo Experience Center Associatewillberesponsibleforthecoordinationof Fargoplanttours ,includingattendeereservations,onsiteregistration,tourequipmentpreparation,guideschedulingandotheractivitiesthatsupportcustomerengagement.
In addition,thisrolewillorganize,manageandsupportonsitehospitalityfortourgroups,keyaccountcustomersandonsitemeetings/events.
The Fargo Experience Center Associatewillsupportactivityassociatedwiththe Fargo Fan Shop /Company Storeinthe Fargoplant ,as necessary.
This includes,butnotlimitedto,retail sales,inventory management,product selection,point-of-purchasedisplaysandcustomerservice.
Thisrolemaysupportdailyvisitormanagementatthe Fargo Experience Centerentrance ,aswell.
Rolewillreporttothe Plant,Facilities&Experience Manager for Case IHNorth America Commercial Marketing .

15-20hoursperweek,notingthathoursmaydecrease/increasedependingonscheduledtours/events/meetingsthatrequiresupport
Qualification/
Experience:
- Minimumtwoyearsofretail,customer service,and/orhospitalityexperience
- Abilitytoorganizeandexecuteevents
- Strongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoengagecustomers,dealers,internal/external stakeholders,and leadership
- AbilitytoutilizeSQUAREpoint-of-saledeviceandonlineaccount;usecomputersoftware,includingMSWord,Excel,Outlook,PowerPoint,SharePoint,and Teams.
- Background and/orexperienceinhospitality,event management,sales,marketing and/orcustomerrelations
Preferred:
- Knowledgeofdealerdistributionnetworks
- Knowledgeofandoperationalskillsforagriculturalandconstructionequipment
- Abilitytoworkoffsitetosupportlocaleventsand/or activities,asneeded
