Dental Hygienist - Travel

Overview

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a Traveling Dental Hygienist to support our growing teams across the La Crosse and Holmen areas.

We offer up to a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus, premium pay, flexible scheduling, and support across multiple practices.

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care across multiple practices.
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term care strategies.
• Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings.
• Collaborate with doctors and teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Adapt confidently while maintaining a consistent, positive patient experience.

• Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license.
• Comfortable traveling between locations in the La Crosse market.
• Strong clinical skills and time management.
• Adaptable, positive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for patient care and education.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new graduates are welcome).
• Current CPR certification.

• Premium hourly rate ($55‑62 per hour).
• Up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
