Landscape Architect

Paragon Associates seeks a Landscape Architect to shape high-quality outdoor environments for our Fort Worth headquarters and client-facing spaces. You will plan, design, and document sustainable landscapes for corporate, institutional, and urban settings, integrating aesthetics, functionality, and environmental performance. Partner with investment and advisory teams to translate business objectives into resilient site designs that support client engagement, wellness, and brand. Responsibilities include site analysis, conceptual design, planting and hardscape plans, construction documents, consultant coordination, and oversight of implementation to ensure technical excellence and on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support landscape design from concept through construction documentation
• Conduct site analysis, including grading, circulation, and environmental constraints
• Develop planting, hardscape, and lighting plans aligned with project goals
• Produce drawings, specifications, and details using CAD and 3
• D tools
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and external consultants
• Prepare presentations and visuals for internal stakeholders and clients
• Support budgeting, cost estimates, and value-engineering efforts
• Monitor construction to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance
• Incorporate sustainable and resilient design principles into every project
• Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused studio culture
