Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Epic Certifications required:
Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure required:
Active Wisconsin license
60 days to credential
