Assistant or Associate Professor Engineering

Viterbo University's College of Education, Engineering, Letters, and Sciences invites applications for a full‑time (9 month) tenure‑track faculty position in Engineering at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor beginning August 2026. Full benefits are included with this appointment.

We are seeking an individual able to teach broadly across the undergraduate engineering curriculum. We value strong communication skills, enthusiasm for developing effective programs, and passion for helping undergraduates into satisfying careers. The cover letter should include which courses in the engineering curriculum the candidate is most interested in teaching.

The position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in engineering. Professional engineering experience is strongly preferred; a doctoral degree and/or professional licensure are desirable but not required qualifications.

Responsible for student‑centered teaching in engineering lecture and laboratory sequences to STEM students.
