We focus on whole-child education, with 20 children and three staff members in each classroom. Daily Specialists enhance our program with Early Language Arts, Yoga, and Dance.

Join our 3K team as a fun, nurturing, and loving individual. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a safe, supportive environment that meets each child’s unique developmental needs.
• Fostering a positivity-driven, strength-based approach to learning that’s joyful and engaging.
• Implementing our Elm Curriculum to provide a well-rounded education.
• Modeling respect, kindness, and excellent communication skills within our tight-knit team of three.

Must Haves:

• Educational qualifications verified by The Registry that state you are Lead Teacher Qualified.
• Experience working in a group childcare center.
• Interest in Early Childhood Education as a career choice.

• Knowledge of the Brain Science to support Early Childhood Education.
• Higher Education in Early Childhood.
• Associate Degree.
