Job Title: Program Services and Training Specialist

Organization: Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region

Location: Northeast, WI (This position will require regular travel to our Green Bay, Door County and Shawno locations.)

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region, we’re committed to creating opportunities that inspire young people to reach their full potential. As our Program Services & Training Specialist
, you’ll play a key role in supporting high-quality youth programs, strengthening staff through training and coaching, and ensuring our Clubs deliver meaningful experiences every day.

From supporting grant initiatives to developing staff and enhancing program quality, your work will have a lasting impact on both our employees and the youth we serve.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging youth programs in the areas of Creative Arts, Education, Emotional Wellness, Healthy Lifestyles, Leadership, and Workforce Readiness.
  • Partner with Club leadership to establish program goals, promote inclusive programming, and continuously improve program quality through evaluations and best practices.
  • Monitor program performance by maintaining accurate records, attendance and outcome data.
  • Coordinate grant implementation and reporting.
  • Serve as a resource for staff by identifying effective programming strategies and training opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging trainings, facilitate coaching sessions, and support onboarding and ongoing professional development for youth-facing staff.
  • Assist with program quality assessments and outcome evaluations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support program recognition efforts and assist with planning events and special initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of youth development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with leadership and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Bonus Points For
  • 2–4-year degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience with a Boys & Girls Club, youth-serving organization, or nonprofit organization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Experience developing and implementing youth programs.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay: $35,, based on experience for the position
