Special Education Teacher

As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. Your role includes assessing student progress, adapting lesson plans, and providing support in both academic and social development. You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment. Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills are essential as you work to empower students to achieve their full potential.

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

• Special Education
  - Bachelors
• 3-5 years’ experience as a special education teacher preferred, not required
• All encouraged to apply
• Valid teaching credentials in Wisconsin
