The Compressor ETO Design and Implementation Leader
The Compressor ETO Design and Implementation Leader is a key leadership role responsible for the efficient, disciplined and high-quality delivery of engineered-to-order (ETO) and designed-to-order (DTO) compressor solutions for CHVAC. This Leader oversees all aspects of compressor design customization and implementation for both La Crosse and Monterrey manufacturing facilities, ensuring factory needs, design intent and customer performance requirements are met.
The role requires strong collaboration with ACC compressor design teams, product engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality. The leader ensures ETO compressor designs are executed quickly, accurately, and with minimal downstream issues for equipment teams, enabling CHVAC to support customer-specific requirements and specialized applications. This role serves as a development pathway into broader CHVAC engineering management positions.
