We're partnering with a highly respected manufacturer that is making significant investments in innovation, new product development, and advanced polymer technologies. This is an opportunity to lead the development of new materials and products used in demanding medical, dental, healthcare, and specialty packaging applications.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead new product development projects from concept through commercial production
- Develop and validate new PET, PETG, and specialty polymer products
- Design and execute manufacturing trials and product evaluations
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to launch new products
- Develop product specifications, technical documentation, and testing protocols
- Provide technical support during customer trials and commercialization efforts
- Evaluate material performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support sustainability initiatives and new material development
We're interested in engineers who understand plastics—not just from a design standpoint, but from a materials and processing perspective.
Preferred Background- BS in Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of product development experience within plastics manufacturing
- Experience with extrusion, thermoforming, or related plastics processing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality systems
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Lead highly visible innovation initiatives
- Work on products that directly impact healthcare and medical markets
