• Support the development, testing, and validation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and technologies.
• Work alongside engineers and laboratory staff to set up experiments, collect and analyze test data, document results, and help improve product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Assist with prototype evaluation, troubleshoot test setups, maintain accurate records, and follow all laboratory safety and quality procedures.
• This position provides hands-on experience with HVAC systems, engineering problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a research and development laboratory environment.
• This is an on-site position.

• Pursuing an engineering degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.

• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
