Senior Accountant

A national manufacturing company in Dodge County is looking to add a new Senior Accountant to their team. This position is newly created due to company growth, so it would be an exciting role to make your own. You also would have a direct line to the CFO who would be a fantastic mentor figure!

• Partner with CFO on month/year end close procedures
• Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports on variances
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting for division
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory
• Provide support for other accounting functions when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing experience REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to interact and communicate with upper-level management on a daily basis
