Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Orthopedic Clinic, specifically with the Trauma Team subspecialty. This is your opportunity to work day shift in a position that provides great variety while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region.
What you will do:- Fulfill 72 hours every two weeks = 0.9 FTE
- Work 8-hour day shifts between ; no weekends, holidays, or call obligation
- Provide care at our La Crosse location, 2nd floor of the Main Clinic
- RNs in the Orthopedic Clinic perform phone triage and patient education, manage EPIC in-basket and MyChart messages, assist with pre-op and post-op appointments, perform wound care, suture removal, and more
- Collaborate with a team of 3 surgeons, 6 PAs, and a group of RNs and MAs who have a lot of longevity and love what they do!
- Provide cross-coverage for the other Orthopedic subspecialties, including the hand, pediatrics, shoulder, the total joint teams
- Starting pay of $30.46 + more for experience

- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience
