72hr biweekly      Invasive Cardiac Cath Lab Tech     9 hour variable days (72hr biweekly)   Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72hr biweekly

Shift: 9hr Variable Days
Shift times: 7:45pm-4:45pm, 4 days a week
Float:
Cath Lab Only
On Call: 1-2 nights a week from 5pm-7am and every 5th-6th weekend Fri 5pm-Mon 7am (response time, 30 Min)
Response Time - 30 min response time
Weekends: on-call every 5th-6th weekend
Holidays:
Rotation as needed - due to call (1 holiday)
Required License/Certs: RCIS (required) & AHA BLS & AHA ACLS

Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years experience. They have a lot of high risk cases and need someone with strong skills, particularly in structural cases. Structural cases will be a HARD STOP. NEED someone who is comfortable and has experienced being the main person on the case.

Required Skillset:
Strong at Scrubbing in with the physicians and must have experience doing structural cases, such as TAVRS, Mitraclips and Watchman, along with high-risk PCI's
Unit Overview: 4 man teams- RN's and techs, 3 Interventional Cardiologists-fast paced
Scrub IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures
Primary Cases/Procedure Types:
Caths, PCI's
-high risk impella, structural cases-TAVR, Mitraclips and Watchman
Scrub Colors: surgical blues-provided by hospital Billing:
Monday - Sunday
8hr unbillable orientation   GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
