The Pharmacy Intern, under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist and in accordance with all State and Federal laws, assists with the selection, preparation, distribution, and record keeping of all medications dispensed to inpatients of St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
The intern will gain exposure to clinical consultations, medication histories, anticoagulation counseling, IV to PO conversions, and dose adjustments for renal/hepatic function.
