YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTSIn this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Host, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help with seating and to-go orders. You must have a positive personality as you are the first impression that a guest receives about the restaurant.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE- Greet guests as they arrive and take them to their seats. Provide a menu and explain specials. Answer any immediate questions the patrons have.
- Understanding the seating arrangements and timing of every table to be set.
- Confide in the Managers if problems with coworkers or guest arise so that appropriate actions can be taken.
- Knowledge of all menu items including any specials.
- Assist front of house staff when necessary.
- Keep menus clean, fresh looking, and up to date.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with Members/Guests.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to be flexible, perform multiple tasks at once, and work in and with a team.
- Thank the Members/Guest for visiting.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED Experience and/or TrainingBasic math skills required, must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer, legible handwriting, and strong customer service and oral communication skills. Must be 16 years or older. Will train appropriate candidates
Technology/EquipmentBasic computer skills
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
