Room Attendant (Full-Time

Radisson La Crosse is seeking Full Time Room Attendants to execute and deliver the housekeeping operations for our 169 room hotel overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River.

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (shift time may vary) | Flexible Availability Required, Including Weekends

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards.
• Prepares bed and bath linens.
• Cleans and straightens rooms.
• Cleans bathrooms, tubs, toilets.
• Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials.
• Orders repairs as appropriate.
• Returns articles left in rooms to Lost and Found.
• Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently.
• Keeps supply cart stocked.
• Organizes and cleans linen closet – removes soiled, torn or worn linens.
• Notifies Housekeeping Department of stock shortages and/or malfunctioning equipment.
• Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.
• Attends work on time as scheduled.
• Follows safety and security rules and procedures.

• Minimum of one year of hospitality experience in housekeeping.
• Follows instructions and communicates effectively.
• Works well independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Can clean multiple room types and meet daily cleaning quota.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Adheres to the hotel policies and procedures.

• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pull or push up to 100 pounds.
• Squat, bend, kneel, and twist.
• Stand for long periods.
