Position: Employee Data Specialist (HR)

This is a hybrid position and requires candidates to be onsite in La Crosse, WI 3-4 times per month.

Position Responsibilities
  • Complete data entry of confidential company data (e.g., companies, locations, supervisor hierarchy)
  • Assist with regularly scheduled system audits to maintain consistency and accuracy of all employee data
  • Point of contact for employees, IT Representatives, HR Representatives and managers/supervisors for questions and unresolved issues regarding employee data
  • Assist in the completion of all employee data changes and ensure all required documentation is received
  • Reconciliation of data between two HR systems of record
  • Assist in processing of returned mail
  • Maintain employee records in an electronic filing system
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education And Experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred Education And Experience
  • College Degree
