Steele Solutions Inc. is the nation’s leading designer and manufacturer of platforms and mezzanines used to support equipment in distribution, fulfillment, and sortation centers throughout the United States. We also design and build structures to support and access equipment in numerous other industries, with installations in every state and throughout the world!
In this role, you'll support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
What we're looking for:- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong employee relations and recruiting experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus
