• Design, develop, and maintain automated data quality tests using Soda.io
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data validation rules
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and anomalies
• Develop and maintain test plans for data pipelines and ETL processes
• Document and triage data quality issues and work with teams to resolve them
• Integrate data testing into CI/CD workflows
• Contribute to the development of QA standards and best practices

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, data engineering, or data analytics
• Familiarity with Soda.io or similar data quality tools
• Experience with SQL, data types, and column constraints
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and automation frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
• A passion for data quality and continuous improvement
