Systems Administrator, IT Support, Network Administrator
What you’ll be doing…
As a System Administrator 1, you will work independently as well as on a team to provide operational support of Kwik Trip’s systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with implementation and support of server and application environments.
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of upgrades, migrations, conversions, and implementations
- Manage and administer security updates
- Utilize Kwik Trip’s incident, problem, and change management tools to manage ITIL processes
- Serve as the Team’s escalation point, providing initial triage of incidents and requests
- Associate degree in Information Systems/Network Systems Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience related to server and infrastructure management, with specific focus on the setup and maintenance of servers and applications within a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 administration (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Group Policy management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Ability to multi-task and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Ability to meet project and department deadlines
- Knowledge or experience with Linux server operating systems
- Knowledge or experience with Ansible and/or other automation tools
- Knowledge or experience with incident management platforms (e.g., Service Now or Jira)
- VMware enterprise virtualization products
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime hours with rotating on-call responsibilities. Weekend and non-business hours work may be required as needed. This position requires a 50% onsite/remote hybrid schedule.
