Join our team as an IT Audio Visual Analyst, where you’ll lead the design, implementation, and support of Kwik Trip’s audio-visual and collaboration technologies. This role is responsible for managing AV hardware and software platforms, fine-tuning DSP processing, and ensuring seamless functionality across conference rooms. You’ll also provide leadership and guidance to AV Analysts 1 and 2, while driving innovation through research and adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities- Lead installation, upgrades, and optimization of conference room technologies, digital signage, and audio systems.
- Serve as subject matter expert for collaboration and Audio Video technologies.
- Manage AV projects from concept to completion, including vendor coordination and asset management.
- Provide advanced technical support and act as a senior escalation resource for the AV team.
- Facilitate large and high-profile meetings to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including audio schematics and knowledge base articles.
- Research emerging AV technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance Kwik Trip’s collaboration infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AV solutions meet business needs.
- 4–6 years of experience in AV device management and administration.
- Hands‑on experience with Crestron, DTEN, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, NEAT, QSYS Audio DSP, Shure audio solutions, and Dante audio networking systems.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Leadership and vendor management experience.
- Certifications such as AVIXA CTS‑D or CTS‑I, ITIL, Crestron, Dante, and QSYS are preferred but not required.
- Advanced knowledge of audio and conference room technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including noisy or enclosed spaces.
Monday – Friday, with some evening hours as needed. This position participates in an on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours support when required.
