IT Project Analyst – Network Infrastructure

Onsite – LaCrosse, WI

Full Time, 40 hours per week, Contract to Hire, W2

CDW is looking for an experienced IT Project Analyst to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects that keep systems connected, secure, and scalable. In this role, you’ll manage initiatives such as LAN/WAN upgrades, SD-WAN deployments, wireless expansions, and VoIP implementations
, owning delivery from planning through execution.

• Lead cross-functional network projects and partner closely with network engineering teams
• Analyze scalability, performance, and risk; recommend upgrades and vendor solutions
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Maintain project documentation and deliver clear, consistent status updates to leadership
• Support escalations and conduct post-implementation reviews

• Associate degree or higher in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience leading network-focused projects or initiatives
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing/switching, firewalls, SD-WAN)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and network diagramming software (e.g., Visio)

• CCNA or CompTIA Network+
• PMP or CAPM
