Job Overview
Collections Data Analyst Intern – North America Region, La Crosse, Wisconsin. Full academic‑year internship (20 hours/week during the school year, 40 hours/week in summer and breaks). Requires residence in the LaCrosse area and a full‑time student status.
Responsibilities- Understand datasets to develop models, visualizations, reports, and insights.
- Deliver results on self‑governed projects using business data and analytics tools.
- Support reporting needs and technical issue intake for the Americas Collections team.
- Coordinate project initiatives for the implementation of a new collections management tool for the region, including change management, communication plans, and testing.
- Collaborate with others to develop an understanding of data, business, and technical approaches.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to complete projects and tasks that support the business and customers.
- Junior, full‑time student in a 4‑year program pursuing a BS/BA (graduation 2026) in a technical, analytics, business, or related field such as computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics, economics, or business.
- Senior status may be considered.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Coursework utilizing Python, R, SQL, Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau, or other visualization software.
- PC literate and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Detail conscious, organized, and able to communicate decisions effectively.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with team personnel.
- Demonstrated leadership skills (campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, or exceptional leadership of work projects).
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with lawful right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
$20 – $28 per hour, with an hourly pay range that may vary based on seniority, merit, location, education, experience, and other factors.
