Benefits & Compensation- Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + Bonus
- PTO:
Up to 15 days starting - Retirement: 401(k) w/ Match

Hybrid schedule, travel needed
- Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators
- Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization)
- Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date
- Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years in a management or technical lead role
- Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365)
- Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems
