The Inventory Management Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth supply chain operations within a small team. This role involves overseeing stock replenishment, coordinating with vendors, analyzing inventory data, and supporting demand forecasting to optimize inventory control and reduce carrying costs.

• Manage inventory control and stock levels to meet operational needs
• Coordinate stock replenishment and order processing with vendors
• Conduct regular inventory auditing to ensure accuracy
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare reports on inventory status and performance metrics
• Support demand forecasting to align inventory with projected needs

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and ERP software
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
