• Excellent organizational abilities
• Data analysis proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with Oracle, ERP systems, or equivalent software
• Knowledge of freight logistics and supplier performance metrics
• Familiarity with procurement documentation and compliance
• Problem-solving mindset for delivery issues
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience, or lower degree with 2+ years in materials coordination, purchasing, or related roles involving supplier communication

• Onsite presence in La Crosse, WI
