Overview
FLSA:
Exempt. This supervisory position serves as a key leadership role within the Integrated Support & Recovery Services (ISRS) Division. The Supervisor provides policy oversight and ensures compliant, effective service delivery for youth with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED), Developmental Disabilities (DD), Physical Disabilities (PD), and other qualifying needs across programs including the Children's Long-Term Support Waiver (CLTSW), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), the Children's Community Options Program, and Birth to 3 Services.
A primary responsibility of this role is leading and developing teams of social work staff through clear administrative direction, program consultation, established procedures, and ongoing professional development. The Supervisor oversees workflow coordination and ensures continuity of services across a growing and dynamic service area. This position requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of State and Federal rules and policies, along with the ability to apply regulatory requirements to deliver compliant, mission‑aligned services that advance Human Services and County goals.
