Program Manager

• Drive customer enterprise solution development and implementations
• Lead customer teams to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and program financial performance
• Manage customer programs, contracts, and business relationships
• Lead multi-disciplined delivery teams across people, process, and technology
• Lead and direct Project Managers and consulting teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Systems Integrator Partners
• Evaluate proposed solutions, assess and manage risks, and plan program-wide implementations
• Oversee program scope delivery and acceptance using tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resources
• Govern program standards and serve as the senior-most delivery leader
• Act as the single point of accountability for customers and build relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors
• Lead program delivery processes, change requests, project artifacts, phase gates, resources, and estimated costs
• Establish objectives and goals and provide direction to program and project teams
• Facilitate program management processes across the business
• Manage customer communications, expectations, and contractual commitments
• Serve as the central client contact throughout the program lifecycle
• Achieve customer satisfaction and successful realization of business objectives and metrics
• Coordinate Program Management reviews and prepare and publish PM metrics and reports
• Maintain program KPI metrics for quality, technical performance, and delivery
• Lead customer teams in defining risks and identifying mitigation actions
• Integrate program risks and requirements across projects
• Provide monthly program status updates regarding milestones and high-risk areas
• Manage and drive the Quarterly Business Review process
• Lead continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and satisfaction
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams and align execution with customer expectations

• 7+ years of Project Management experience or a combination of 6 years Project Management and Project Engineering experience with technical product development projects
• 4+ years of phase gate development and integrated master scheduling (IMS) experience
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Ability to work in an environment with moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and noise that may require hearing protection

Demonstrates extensive experience in Project Management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving customer satisfaction through effective program delivery and risk management. Proficient in phase gate development and integrated master scheduling to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
