Complete cleaning and sanitization of meat packaging and processing machines and work areas according to USDA regulations;
Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations;
Prepare machinery for cleaning, remove materials from the machines, tools and floors and place in the proper containers;
Use the high-pressure hoses to clean and rinse the machine and parts, squeegee the floors and clear the floor drains;
Perform scheduled maintenance duties and special projects in the Meat Pack area as assigned
