Pay range: $30.80/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining equipment, responding to trouble calls, and performing preventative maintenance--all while upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.

• Following all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Responding promptly to equipment trouble calls and performing efficient, sanitary, and safe repairs.
• Conducting preventative maintenance and documenting tasks, time, and any deficiencies.
• Performing bench repairs and operating power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and man lifts as needed.
• Completing and filing all required documentation in an organized and timely manner.

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads, emergency call-ins, and travel to technical schools.
• A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Reliability and initiative, with minimal supervision required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and work in damp, noisy, and climate-variable environments (inside and outside).
• Requires education as normally acquired in a technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skills and willingness to train and share information with coworkers.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be available to varying workloads and emergency call-ins.
• Exposed to damp, noisy areas, air conditioning, changing climate conditions, both inside and outside.
