* Pay and Benefits:

*** Starting wage: $28.42
* Second & Weekend Shift Premium: $2.50

** Responsibilities:
*** Performs in and out of position welding.
* Performs hand fabricating.
* Participate in weld lab classroom training for Trane and ASME/PED certifications as needed.
* Receives work instructions from a member of management or a team lead.
* Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
* Performing quality checks and tests as well as assisting in identifying and resolving problems.
* Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities.
* Maintain and inspect tools and equipment and escalate issues as necessary.
* Basic functional knowledge of computers and ability to read and acknowledge work instructions electronically.
* Effectively communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure parts are brought to the production line in a timely manner.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Job requirements:

*** Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
* Crosstrain both within and outside the assigned production area.
* Use all required personal protective equipment.
* Comply with all established plant rules and policies.
* Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area.

* Physical requirements:

*** Independently capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 35lbs
* Physical mobility within the work facility, including repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, gripping and/or stooping.
* Ability to work at heights both on ladders and lifts as required, while using proper fall protection.
*
* Qualifications:

*** Completion of formal welding program or equivalent on the job experience.
* Required Weld Process: 2F, 2G
* Preferred Weld Process: 3F, 3G, 4F, 4G
* Completion of company approved proficiency test prior to employment.
* Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
* Ability to read, write, and follow directions, standard work, job breakdown sheets, and safety instructions in English.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
* Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
