Bakery Production Crew Member
Join our Bakery Production crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to make delicious products from start to finish.
Work Schedules:
- Sunday through Saturday rotating days off working 4:30am to 2:30pm (Same two days off during the week and work every other weekend.)
- Sunday through Saturday rotating days off working 4:45am to 2:45pm (Same two days off during the week and work every other weekend.)
Days off are Mondays & Tuesdays
Week 1:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2:
Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Week 3:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Week 4:
Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Schedules are subject to change. Additional schedules may also become available.
Qualifications:
Accurate/detail orientated; work in a fast-paced production environment; basic math aptitude; work well alone/as part of team; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work in a noisy environment frequently; work in a safety conscious environment; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards. Prior production experience is a plus. Prior experience in baking is a plus.
Physical qualifications: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.
Benefits:
- Starting rate of pay: $18.00 per hour
- Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
