Work ScheduleRotating 12‑Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
- Week One:
Three Days – 36 Hours - Week Two:
Four Day - 48 Hours
The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:
- Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
- Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
- Cross‑training in other roles across the production environment
- Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
