Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Cutter Operator to join our growing team. Here at Inland, we print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Clorox, Leinenkugel’s, and Coors Light. $22.00/hour

• Week One:
  Three Days – 36 Hours
• Week Two:
  Four Day - 48 Hours

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross‑training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem‑solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
