Bakery Production Coworker; 2nd Shift

Join our Bakery Production crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to make delicious products from start to finish. Work schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays working from 2:30pm to 10:30pm.

Qualifications include being accurate and detail-oriented, working in a fast-paced production environment, having basic math aptitude, working well alone or as part of a team, being willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks, working in a noisy environment frequently, working in a safety conscious environment, and adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards. Prior production experience is a plus.

Prior experience in baking is a plus.

Physical qualifications include standing and walking up to 10 hours per shift, bending, reaching, and twisting constantly, lifting and carrying 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently, working in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F, kneeling and squatting occasionally, pushing and pulling up to 87 pounds of force occasionally, and lifting and carrying 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.

Benefits include a starting rate of pay of $18.00 per hour, weekend premium pay of an additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday, a year-end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers, 2 weeks vacation within the first year of employment, paid sick time, paid holidays, health/dental/vision/life insurance, and a footwear allowance.
