OPTIONS: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri) OR 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Mon–Thu with a Permanent 3-Day Weekend)
LOCATION POLICY: 100% On‑Site (Pristine, Exceptionally Clean, and Fully Climate‑Controlled Advanced Production Floor)

WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Perform complete machine setups and accurately operate automated multi‑axis CNC milling and turning centers to exacting aerospace specifications.
- Utilize a comprehensive variety of precision gauging and inspection instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to ensure 100% quality compliance on tight‑tolerance production runs.
- Manage tool page offsets, monitor tool wear, and adjust settings to maintain demanding tolerances while optimizing machine cycle times.
- Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot minor program‑related issues or mechanical faults directly at the controller to sustain high floor efficiency.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a highly organized, safe, and 5S‑compliant workspace.
- Proven machining depth featuring 2 or more years of verifiable experience operating industrial CNC mills or lathes, paired with at least 1 year of independent machine setup experience.
- Print literacy and technical bench skills, including a rock‑solid ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints, geometric layouts, and GD&T callouts.
- Inspection capability with complete comfort selecting and utilizing proper precision measurement tools to independently verify first‑piece and in‑process parts.
- Professional stability backed by a reliable, steady work history that demonstrates strong attendance, high reliability, and a safety‑first manufacturing mindset.
- Local proximity and permanent residency established within a comfortable 45‑minute daily commute of the facility.
