Manufacturing Trainers at Bright Machines are responsible for delivering structured, hands-on training to manufacturing associates, technicians, and leads in a high-tech production environment. This role ensures employees are trained, certified, and compliant with operational, quality, and safety standards.

This position reports directly to the Training Manager and focuses on training delivery, coaching, skills verification, and production floor support.

• Deliver structured, hands-on training to manufacturing associates, technicians, and team leads on the production floor.
• Coach employees and verify skills to ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide on-the-floor production support and partner with the Training Manager on program delivery.
