to support our production team in
Clintonville, WI.

Location: Clintonville, WI
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Pay: $20.09–$22.00/hour (based on experience, qualifications, and line assignment)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total

$500 after 1 year

What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun

Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
  • Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies
  • Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs
  • Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy
  • Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures
  • Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
  • Assist with training new team members as needed
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
  • Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Training is provided for qualified candidates.
