Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Offline Jogger to join our growing team. Here at Inland, we print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Clorox, Leinenkugel’s, and Coors Light. Starting Wage: $19.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

• Week One:
  Three Days – 36 Hours
• Week Two:
  Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

The Offline Jogger is responsible for tasks that include:

• Operating a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process
• Inspecting the quality of printed products and raising concerns where needed
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
