Entry-Level General Production Worker
This role supports the production of high-quality sporting goods, with current openings focused on helmet molding and surface preparation, softball pad printing, and baseball/softball tee assembly. You will follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing processes while working as part of a small, collaborative team to ensure products meet strict specifications and standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain consistent daily attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures at all times.
- Read, understand, and follow departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the manufacturing of sporting goods products.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards as a committed team member.
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Experience with assembly, production, or general labor work.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
