Select Custom Solutions in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Production Flex Lead to join our manufacturing team. The role supports multiple departments, ensuring safety, quality and productivity on the floor. You will backfill for supervisors during absences and assist with training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Two shifts are available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Prior dairy/food production and supervisory experience are preferred. Forklift certification is a plus.
