Dairy Operator In Ice Cream

Join our Dairy team as a Dairy Operator in Ice Cream. In this role your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating ice cream fillers and associated equipment
• Performing plant sanitation and CIP of equipment/area
• Monitoring/documenting quality standards of products
• Operating automatic palletizer and bundler system in the freezer
• Cleaning and sanitizing the ice cream plant area after production

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday with the potential of weekends working 4:00pm to 12:00am

Qualifications:

• Basic Math aptitude
• Work in safety conscious environment
• Accurate/detail oriented
• Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
• Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks
• Work in fast paced production environment
• Work in noisy environment
• Work well alone and with others
• Work in temperatures of
  -20 degrees

Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 8-10 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 55 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally.

Benefits:

• Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour (additional Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour for part of the shift)
• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
• A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
