Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Crown Beverage Packaging facility in La Crosse, WI. This role reports to the Plant Superintendent and focuses on leading equipment and personnel to meet quality, safety and productivity targets.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in high-speed manufacturing with at least 3 years of supervisory experience;
Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean knowledge are valued. The position requires flexibility for shifts and overtime.
