Production 3rd Shift

Wage: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
9:45PM to 8:00AM Monday through Thursday
What You'll Do:
- Operate pultrusion production lines, including pullers, saws, and guiding systems
- Read and interpret production orders, setup sheets, and specifications
- Load and maintain fiberglass reinforcements, ensuring proper resin saturation
- Safely operate a large saw to cut products to precise lengths, while performing quality checks
- Assist with changeovers, tooling adjustments, and cleaning processes
- Support material handling by staging reinforcements and moving finished products to designated areas
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including safety shoes, eyewear, and hearing protection
Required Skills:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude and physical strength to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- Good measurement skills with tape measure or calipers
- Ability to stand for long shifts (8-12 hours), with bending, reaching, and stretching as needed
- Comfortable working in hot, noisy environments with fiberglass odors and dust
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Manufacturing experience, especially with heavy equipment or machinery
- Experience with use of PPE and safety procedures
- Ability to operate scissors lifts or similar equipment
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing or physically demanding job experience is beneficial
Other Requirements:
- Safety shoes/boots, safety eyewear, and hearing protection are mandatory
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and eagerness to learn and grow with us
- Strong work history including manual labor or manufacturing background required.
