Job SummaryExpress Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced, high level swiss CNC machine lead/operator.
The ideal candidate has strong
** scheduling skills, ordering experience, strong
** communication skills, strong computer skills, experience in working in a machine shop, and program and set up
** experience.
- Programming and set up
- Strong GD&T
- Strong computer skills
- Use of CMM's and Vision Systems
- Optimizing and Process improvements
- Training of staff
- Lead floor operations in a manufacturing environment
- Manage raw material inventory and ensure machinery is fully operational
- Conduct inspections and promote a safe work environment
- Foster a positive, safe, and high-performance work environment
Skills & Qualifications
Leadership & Team Management
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance
- Ability to quickly resolve production issues, equipment failures, and staffing challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership teams and upper management
- Knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing processes -- CNC Swiss Machines
- Experience with production ERP systems
- Competitive salary: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
- Monday-Thursday - 3 day weekends
