Production Worker

Rinehart Targets is a leading archery target manufacturer based in Janesville, Wi. A family-owned and operated company, we look to continually introduce more innovative products for the archery industry as well as continued growth of the business. We are looking for hard-working team members to join our team.

A production worker will be expected to build targets using fiberglass molds of various sizes. They are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to standard operating procedures, meeting performance expectations, and producing quality products.

• Operate machinery and various hand/power tools in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Accurately record production information.
• Responsible for active participation in department communication meetings.
• Provide recommendations when necessary for optimizing equipment and machinery to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost goals.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Practice safe work behaviors.
• Adhere to all 5S requirements.
• Ability to lift 20-80 pounds.

• Strong desire to achieve while working within and supporting a team environment.
• Self-starter, hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the meaning of basic communications.
• You must be able to remain on your feet in an upright position and move about on foot for the duration of the shift. You will also bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach above shoulder level.
• You have basic counting and math skills.

• 10-hour shift
• 5:00 am – 3:15 pm / 3:30 pm – 2:0 0am
• Monday – Thursday
• Overtime when necessary

• Base wage is $17.00 - $30.00
• Shift differential is $2.00, for 2nd shift
