Full Time Label Line Associate

Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Label Line Associate to join our growing team. Here at Inland, we print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Clorox, Leinenkugel's, and Coors Light. Starting Wage: $18.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm - 6:00am

Work Schedule:

• Week One:
  Sunday
  - Wednesday
• Week Two:
  Monday
  - Wednesday

Typical Day in the Role:

The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include:

• Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
• Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications
• Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
