Floor Supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production

With guidance from the Shift Manager, the Department Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a designated production department, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven performance. th { background-color: #;}SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees.

Supervise daily departmental operations and workflow.

Coach, develop, and support employee performance.

Assist with performance evaluations and corrective actions.

Delegate responsibilities and maintain accountability within the team.

Perform other duties as assigned.
