Crown Beverage Packaging in La Crosse, WI seeks a Utility Spoilage and Scrap Collector to join our manufacturing team. The role collects, sorts, weighs, and stages spoilage and scrap at various stations, supporting smooth line operation and material flow.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in packaging or high-speed manufacturing, a mechanical aptitude, and availability for 12-hour rotating shifts (4 days on/4 days off), including holidays or nights as needed.
